By Siobhan McCarthy (Armidale Express, 20/02/2013) The New England Nomads head into this year’s AFL competition as reigning premiers and they will look to get off to a flying start with the return of the UNE Tablelands Cup.

This week only, due to the visit of the Sydney Swans to Armidale, training will be on Monday night not Tuesday. A couple of the Swans players will attend the training. Be at the Bellevue on Monday night at 5.30pm. Thursday training will be as per usual.
