Page honoured at 2010 Presos
The 2010 Nomads’ Presentations at the Wicklow Hotel saw Hamish Pearce receive both the Best and Fairest and Players’ Player awards.
However, the night really belonged to out-going club President Ben Page, who became only the second person to receive life membership of the New England Nomads. This honour was given in recognition of the exceptional service he has given to the club over the years.
Frank Drum was in attendance to present the Drum Family Trophy for Clubman of the Year to Brendan Meehan.

A big congratulations to all at the club, not just the award winners. I’m sure it was a fantastic night.
A special congratulations on receiving a thoroughly deserved life membership Pagey.

Congratulations, Pagey. Much deserved.
Well played to everybody this season, not just the award winners.
Hamish, well done.
Weston, great goal kicking as ever and with a few less injuries etc you would have been right up there in the votes.
Rowdie and Clayto, must have been a coin toss to decide which of you got those awards. But watch out next season: Gavin is coming.
Tom it was a great pleasure to see you playing with such maturity and confidence in the first games of the season, no surprise to see you picked up the most improved. Keep it up.
And Brendan, thanks for everything you do.
Keep fit over the summer and get back to training in January. We want an even better 2011 season.
