It was decided at last week’s committee meeting that the 2007 Tablelands Cup will be held on Saturday, March 24.

Following the success of last year’s tournament, the same format will be used. That is, two pools of three teams playing round-robin games followed by play-offs (first in pool A v. first in pool B, second v. second, third v. third) to decide the final standings. All matches to consist of two 20-minute halves.

The first match will commence at 9:30am and the final will kick-off at 4:10pm. Presentations will be held at the Wicklow Hotel.

Invitations will be sent out shortly, and the first six teams to confirm their entry will get to participate.
