On Saturday 6 June there will be a training session, probably starting about 2pm. Following this, after showering etc, we will reconvene at the Wicklow for a bit of team bonding. Details will be finalised at this week’s Tuesday and Thursday training sessions.
Muswellbrook have forfeited this weekend’s Country Energy TAFL fixture at Bellevue Oval. There will be a practice match on Saturday afternoon instead. Nomad players and anyone else that would like to participate to increase the numbers should be at Bellevue in plenty of time to warm up before the match starts at 2pm.
The first training session for 2009 will be held on Tuesday 13 January, under continuing head coach Brendan Meehan. As in previous seasons training sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting at 5:30pm. Training takes place at Bellevue Oval. All welcome, regardless of experience. Training tops will be available to buy this year. Final cost will depend on numbers made. These will be white with green trim and most of the printing (including a green Nomads logo on the front). If you are interested e-mail the club Secretary, Glen Northway, or see him at training.
