Muswellbrook have forfeited this weekend’s Country Energy TAFL fixture at Bellevue Oval.
There will be a practice match on Saturday afternoon instead. Nomad players and anyone else that would like to participate to increase the numbers should be at Bellevue in plenty of time to warm up before the match starts at 2pm.
The first training session for 2009 will be held on Tuesday 13 January, under continuing head coach Brendan Meehan.
As in previous seasons training sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting at 5:30pm. Training takes place at Bellevue Oval.

Training tops will be available to buy this year. Final cost will depend on numbers made.
These will be white with green trim and most of the printing (including a green Nomads logo on the front).

The New England Nomads have resumed training ahead of the 2008 Tamworth Australian Football League season.
Now that all the seasonal festivities are over (happy New Year), it is time to dig the football boots out of the bottom of the cupboard and start to get ready for the 2008 season.
The first training session will be held at Bellevue Oval on January 15, starting at 5:30pm.
